Le Petit Chou.
Means a little cabbage in French. The homemade company makes over 60 varieties of all-natural shelf-stable jam and marmalades, using local fruit and botanicals, in Vancouver, BC. All preserves are cooked 12 jars at a time in French copper preserving pans to capture the bright flavours and essence of the fruit.
Artisan jams are always first and foremost about the fruit. They are not over-sweetened or over-flavoured, and each jar contains at least half a pound of fruit!
